Client Details

My client is an innovative fintech company that focus on P2P lending business. They target individual mass market and provide convenient online lending services. As of 2016, they already have acquired USD$1.6b capital.

Description

Managing a team of 15, you will be responsible for -
  • Monitoring unsecured loan portfolio, optimizing risk and reward outcome
  • Developing and monitoring credit tests
  • Reviewing and revising underwriting policies where necessary
  • Developing credit decision tools including scorecards, segmentation models, decision engine etc
  • Riding on innovative tech solution to manage consumer credit process
  • Improving credit operations through innovative strategies


Profile

To be qualified for the post, you will need to have -
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in personal lending credit risk
  • All rounded experience in credit policy, approval and collection
  • Strong people management skills
  • Ability to adapt to fast changing environment
  • Bachelor degree in related discipline
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
