Accountabilities:

  • Drive overall branding strategies, accountable for key deliverables such as enhancing brand awareness and brand competitiveness in theMarket so as to achieve both the short term and long term sales objectives
  • Analyse how the brand is positioned in the Market and crystallise targeted consumers insights
  • Take brand ownership and translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
  • Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
  • Build & maintain a strong and sustainable relationship with media partners in order to continuously improve the PR coverage of the brands
  • Monitor competitors and market trends for best practices by conducting market research and analysis reports
  • Align the Group around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics

Attributes:

  • Degree holder in Brand & Marketing, Public Relations, Social Media or related disciplines
  • Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience in brand management of retail industry of which at least 5 years in senior management position, preferably in lifestyle or home products or consumable retail chain
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to top management
  • Highly creative with ability to think out of box
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Advanced influential, communication and interpersonal skills
