A reputable Media and Publishing company with a strong local presence and track record of success is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join them as the Head of Compensation & Benefits.

Job Description
  • You will be responsible for but not limited to review, revamp and restructure company-wide C&B policies, programs such as job benchmarking, annual budget review, insurance benefits and bonuses
  • Ensure competitive and adequate programs offered to employees at a cost effective way
  • Oversee the HRIS improvement and analyst along with the HR Operations and Payroll team
  • Participate due diligence for potential acquisitions on behalf of HR functions and provide insights from Both HR and Rewards perspective
  • Drive and formulate C&B strategies to facilitate and help excel the attainment of business objectives
  • Review the HR workflow and determine potential areas for re-engineering aiming to boost the HR effectiveness and process governance
  • Manage and develop appropriate HR processes and policies to keep the Company at a competitive position

The Successful Applicant
  • Degree holder or above in HR Management or Business Administration
  • A minimum 10 years of C&B management experience with 5 years in a supervisory role gained from sizable MNC is preferred
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related statutory requirements, retirement schemes ruling and taxation
  • Good project management skill and strong numerical sense and analytical skill
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with people of all levels across the Company
  • Expert level skills in managing spreadsheets and data analysis using MS Excel
  • Excellent command of written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
