Our client is a Top Tier Financial Services Firm in with a global market presence. Undergoing a period of expansion, a unique opportunity has arisen. To cope with its expanding footprint, they are currently looking for a Head of Business Transformation & Change to join their team.

Description
  • End to end project management of the business transformation strategy and roll out of plan
  • Review business effectiveness across all functional areas for improvement opportunities
  • Lead the development of organizational design strategy, target operating model and oversee implementation
  • Review, manage and prioritise business transformation project portfolio to meet business requirements
  • Help define a consistent core delivery platform across Asia Pacific
  • Successfully raise and manage conflicts in strategy and business transformation project portfolio to deliver organizational value
  • Drive ownership of change by leaders through influence, relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Identify and manage resistance to change, get organizational buy in
  • Promote the in-house shared service center as a Center of Excellence within the Group and Asia Pacific
  • Manage Change Implementation and Business Improvement teams


Profile
  • Solid 10+ years of experience in a Change Management role Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Exposure to BPR and executing business transformations
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of internal and external stakeholders with influencing and negotiation skills
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage organizational change
  • Advanced knowledge of change management skills and use of project management practices, methodologies and tools
  • Advanced knowledge of business transformation and improvement methodologies
