With over 28 million members worldwide, the award-winning platform is now looking for a creative, energetic and experienced digital content expert to lead the Hong Kong team and be accountable for the upcoming business expansion and re-branding.

Description

The Head of Content works closely with the executive team to set business objectives and departmental goals. This person is also responsible for overseeing the production and editorial team to ensure content quality, efficiency, content strategy and direction.

This person is also accountable for external communications and business negotiations with vendors and partners for content curation and establishing business partnerships.

Profile

The right candidate should have 7-9 years of experience in online content editorial and publishing. Prior experience in managing a large team, public speaking, implementing processes is essential.

The right candidate should also have excellent communications skills for business discussion with executive team, as well as providing coaching and guidance for subordinates.

This person should be willing to travel occasionally as needed.

** Proficiency in written and spoken English AND Chinese is required **
