• Drive sales revenue growth, expand market shares, stimulate demand for new technology-based solutions to drive sales and revenues.
• Formulate sales strategies and conduct regular reviews of existing and potential business opportunities.
• Lead and manage sales staff including setting and monitoring sales target, directing sales approach, supporting sales efforts, and sharing best practices of sales and business development tasks.
• University degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 12 years sales experience with managerial experience preferably gained in an information or online solutions environment involving strong solutions sales and marketing
• Proven track record of driving sales teams and successfully achieving sales targets
• Ability to present to executive level audiences
• Fluency in English and Chinese
