Job Description:

  • Provide first line help service to computer users and perform associated help desk activities using tools provided
  • Carry out on-site inspection and take recovery action according to prescribed procedures
  • Operate computer and associated equipment/facilities according to prescribed standards and procedures and perform routine system maintenance
  • set up and maintain workstation, printer equipment, network and data communication environments
  • Keep stock and monitor stock level of computer supplies and assist in procurement

Requirement Details:

  • Diploma / Certificate in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 1 years working experience in the control and operation of Windows or helpdesk/computer network operation
  • Experience in LAN administration, PC/LAN support services, Website Administration
  • Strong communication & inter-personal skills
