Job Description:

  • Maintain the helpdesk hotline for support services of PC workstations and monitoring of IT systems
  • Provide helpdesk support of IT systems, including the handling of query/incident reported from users and undertake the daily support of IT systems;
  • Perform remote and on-site technical support on hardware/software installation workstations, including installation/relocation of system unit, monitor and peripherals such as printer, barcode reader etc, and
  • Perform daily health-check on the IT systems

 

Requirement Details:

  • Higher Diploma / Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 1-2 years’ working experience PC LAN support, PC problem diagnosis and end user support
  • Solid experience in using Microsoft products and Windows Server 2003/2008/2010
  • Basic concept of TCP/IP, remote access service and network device configuration
  • Strong sense of responsibilities, good presentation skills, willing to learn, share knowledge and skills with teammates
  • Good command in both spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Fresh gradated is also welcomed
