Job Description:

  • To upgrade PCs in Hongkong Post, which includes performing on-site PC hardware installation/upgrade, OS image cloning, software or application programs installation, data migration and data erasure activities
  • To assist in relocation of PC and other IT equipment for redeployment, and update IT inventory after hardware upgrade, replacement or redeployment
  • To perform the Office Automation System (OAS) support and trouble-shooting tasks including User Directory Information Maintenance, Lotus Domino Support, Mobile Workspace Service Support, VPN Gateway Support, Antivirus and EndPoint Security Support, File Server Support and Internet Access and Mailing Support
  • To provide face-to-face client support for VIPs
  • To maintain the workstation images for PC workstations
  • To prepare documents on support statistics and incident logging

 

Requirement Details:

  • Higher Diploma / Degree  in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
  • 2 years’ or above in front-line PC technical support, experience in PC client rollout with Windows environment in user site
  • Experience in customer support in technical aspect
  • Experience in OAS support, preferably using Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft File Server Sharing and Symantec Endpoint Protection
  • Experiences in harddisk cloning solution
  • Good communication and skills, both written and verbal, in Chinese or English
