Helpdesk Support Engineer

 

(less experienced candidates or fresh graduate will also be considered as IT Trainee / IT Assistant)

 

Duties:

  • network and system administration (firewall, router, switch, AP, VPN, etc)
  • server administration (email, virtual, etc)
  • drill test and recovery
  • backup (server & database)
  • user support
  • ad hoc duties

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Computer, IT or any related disciplines
  • 3 years or above solid related working experience
  • Good at either Windows server 2010, AD, Exchange server 2010, SQL server, Sharepoint server, Microsoft SMS, Symantec backup and VMware backup
  • Good communication skills and a team player
  • Good at both written and spoken English and Chinese
