In this role you will be leading a team of IT services officers for day to day IT support, working closely with different IT business Units to meet with the business expectations and needs. High level of customer facing ability is required to perform the internal IT support, such as PC/laptops, Smartphones, phones, voice mail systems. The client is looking for a suitable candidate with excellent communication skills and with positive customer fronting mind-set.

To be successful in this role you would have the following skills and experience:
  • Knowledge in PCs/Laptops, hardware, software, mobile devices, network and servers etc.
  • Prior experience in big corporate would be ideal
  • Team management experience is a must
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
