Hotel HR Manager (5day,Hung Hom)

Responsibilities:

  • Guide and direct all facets of Human Resources including recruitment, coaching, compensation & benefits, performance management & succession planning
  • Provide functional direction and ensure compliance of all legal requirements
  • Foster a cooperative working climate, maximize productivity and staff morale
  • Maintain a high level of effective communication throughout the hotel

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years of relevant HR experience with 5 years in managerial position gained from sizeable hotel
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and all HR-related ordinances
  • Proactive, analytical, flexible with excellent interpersonal/presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking with a practical/hands-on approach
  • Must be familiar with MS Office
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
