HR BUSINESS PARTNER - REGIONAL
A challenging, career enhancing business partnership opportunity has arisen to work within the regional office of a market leading MNC. With a number of recent, high profile acquisitions, this company is going through significant internal change and is thus seeking the efficient capabilities of a change agent to support the change initiatives from a number of key projects including, compensation and benefits harmonization, HR processes transformation and Oracle implementation.
As HRBP you will partner closely with senior stakeholders, providing professional HR support in the development and delivery of the company’s people plan, ensure key business objectives are effectively delivered and expertly advise on people issues.
Key expectations of this role will involve you taking accountability for the management of change initiatives, such as company restructures, redundancies and redeployment and you will play an influential role in providing knowledge and experience with respect to succession planning, engagement and team development which meet the specific needs of the business.

You will be a strong leader, have over 7 years industry experience within an MNC and a fluency in both Chinese and English.
