Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the successful integration of Global HR C&B processes (HK, China, Overseas)
  • Provide research, analyze and recommend leadership and support to Corporate office on compensation strategy implement and maintain compensation programs
  • Develop Staff cost management policy, streamlining Payroll Processes across the region and conducting compensation audits and surveys where acquired
  • Establish and maintain benefits strategy and policy, review of the various benefit schemes and plans from multiple countries
  • Involve in different HR projects: M&A, HR Lean, Process Re-engineering, Talent Management and other HR continuous improvement activities

Key requirements:

  • University graduate with minimum 12 years’ experience in related discipline
  • Min 3 years hands-on experience in Global / Corporate role
  • Proven track record of implementing successful programs and policies to support retention and change management in different site locations
  • Solid experience in job grading system, HR system and Data Management, market analysis, Competence management model
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills including the ability to influence at all levels
  • A change agent with strategic thinking and highly analytical
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to communicate proficiently in English and Mandarin
  • Frequent travel to Southern China
  • Directly report to Corporate HRD
