 Main Duties:

  • Work with Corporate HR Director to develop various C&B programs, policies and practices to maximize company's resources to attract, motivate and retain talent
  • In charge for accurate, timely and efficient processing of monthly payroll
  • Review and monitor company salary structures, benefits program by analyzing market data, to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity
  • Manage annual cycles for various reviews, employee relations, internal transfer, relocation and off boarding processes
  • Responsible for salary and bonus review, group medical plan, insurance and performance review process through close partnership with local and overseas stakeholders
  • Work with IT dept, users and HRIS vendor on system enhancement projects
  • Manage staff communication on company policy change with other HR members
  • Involve in staff engagement programs
  • Participate in regional and global HR projects, ensure compliance of global standards
  • Be a strategic business partner to manage and provide daily HR business partnering services for BU heads

 

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in HR discipline or other related discipline 
  • Minimum 7 years relevant working experiences
  • Knowledgeable in HK labour ordinance, regional experience is at advantage
  • Good leadership and prsentation skill
  • Detail-minded, team player, problem solving and analytical skill required
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Proficient in MS Office
