Responsibilities 

  • Report to Head of Human Resources to lead the C&B team
  • Review compensation and benefits (C&B) policy and make recommendations and implement changes
  • Handle payroll calculation
  • Conduct C&B analysis and reports
  • Assist in HRIS enhancement and implementation
  • Perform secretarial duties in meetings and committees, complaints handling and hearing
  • Assist in any ad hoc project or as assigned
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Manager

Requirements 

  • Recognized degree in HRM is preferred with at least 8 years relevant experience, minimum 3 years at supervisory role
  • Hands-on experience in payroll calculation
  • A strong team player with clear communications and presentation skills
  • Experience in salary surveys, position mappings and usage of HRIS
  • Proficient in Employment Ordinance, up-to-date HRM practices and relevant legislations
  • Self-motivated, possess good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Knowledge of NGO setting is an advantage
