HR Manager- South East Asia & Greater China
Our client is one of the world’s largest travel agency groups, operating with more than 15,000 staff across the Globe. The Hong Kong office is now seeking a self-motivated candidate delivering excellent HR services to their employees across Asia.
- Provide HR strategic advice and propose risk mitigation action plans to Directors
- Management of HRIS to maintain accurate information
- Ensure compliance with HK Labour Ordinance, PRC Employment Law and local regulations
- Promote positive employee relations in the workplace
- Develop and drive employee retention strategies
- Assist in developing and reviewing HR strategies, policies and procedures
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years solid experience in HR field
- Exposure to Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Singapore and Phillippines
- Proficiency in MS office
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
