Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment process: responsible for job posting, screening CVs and arranging interviews
  • Assist in handling Employee Compensations and Benefits
  • Perform onboarding and off-boarding arrangements
  • Assist in probation and annual appraisal performance review  
  • Manage staff records and prepare HR reports
  • Organize training and recreational activities
  • Support various ad hoc projects

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources/Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word-processing with high accuracy
  • Experience in using HRM system is preferred
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mature, discreet, well-organised, with initiative
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
