Job Responsibilities

  • To provide full spectrum of HR functions;
  • Assist in the recruitment duties such as job posting, interviewschedule, campus recruitment and on boarding arrangement;
  • Handle the whole process of monthly payroll and staff benefits
  • Assist in ad hoc projects

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources/Business Administration or related disciplines

  • At least 1 year of experience in handling full spectrum of HR/Admin functions
  • Preferably in the Tourism and Hospitality industry or Service and Retail Industry

  • Sound knowledge of the Hong Kong and China employment law and other related regulations and human resource practices

  • Good communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua

  • Possess excellent EQ and high personal and professional ethnics
  • Good interpersonal, motivation and influencing skills

  • Self-motivated, keen to learn, able to work independently and strong sense of responsibility

  • 大專以上人力資源/工商管理相關學歷
  • 至少一年負責人力資源職務的經驗
  • 有旅遊,酒店,服務,零售行業相關經驗者優先
  • 熟識香港僱傭條例及中國勞動法
  • 懂英文,廣東話及普通話,並具有較強的溝通表達能力
  • 具有良好的EQ及個人職業道德
  • 良好人際關係及溝通技巧
  • 主動、積極進取,能獨立工作,有責任心
