- Degree or above;
- At least 8 years experience in Human Resources field, preferably have solid experience in Compensation & Benefit/ Employee Relation;
- Setup salary benchmark structures and benefit program;
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in staffing, employee relations and learning & development with business strategies;
- Drive performance improvement processes and promote positive changes in the people management;
- Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance;
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects as required;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills;
- Able to work under pressure and fast pace environment;
- Excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Monthly salary: HK$40K;
- 5-day work;
- Working location: Tsuen Wan;
- Good fringe benefits will be provided.
