Duties : Lead and manage a team to deliver the full spectrum of HR services and solutions; and formulate, develop and implement HR policies, strategies and programmes. Areas of responsibilities include recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, housing, performance management, manpower planning and consulting, staff training and relations, equal opportunities compliance, work simplification/ improvement, committee servicing, and any other duties/initiatives/projects as assigned.

Requirements : A Master’s degree/good honours degree, with substantial relevant experience preferably in higher education. Excellent command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua); effective managerial, communication and interpersonal skills to interface with different stakeholders; strong analytical and planning ability are required. Sound knowledge of information systems or HR matters in PRC would be an advantage. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Salary and Conditions of Service
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes, and housing benefits [where applicable].
