The incumbent will act as a talent acquisition expert supporting the business to fulfill recruitment needs of the assigned business portfolio up to managerial level; manage a team of professional recruiters to identify the most cost effective recruitment channels to execute talent acquisition activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the assigned team to perform end-to-end recruitment function including bulk hiring, career fair, on-site support and any special hiring programs
  • Work closely with the line managers to devise appropriate and innovative approaches to meet the dynamic business and recruitment needs
  • Identify and propose new and innovative resourcing channels, assessment tools and best practice hiring process
  • Keep abreast of the uptrend recruitment best practices and the pay trends of the key competitors to facilitate the HR management to react to the market changes promptly for effective talent attraction and retention
  • Maintain and monitor the execution of recruitment activities to achieve the defined key performance indicators fortalent acquisition function
  • Maintain effective business partner relationship with line managers and external parties including universities, vocational institutions, NGOs and other recruitment vendors
  • Manage the assigned team to work according to a professional, standardized and seamless recruitment operating process
  • Support the Head of Talent Acquisition to manage all talent acquisition needs by mobilizing the resources within and across teams with high flexibility

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferable in Human Resources Management or other business related disciplines
  • With at least 5 years’ of solid in-house experience working in resourcing function of multinational retail companies
  • Background in retailers, preferably with sportswear or apparel industry which employ a large number of frontline positions
  • Strong communication skills in written and verbal, both English & Cantonese
  • Innovative, change oriented with experience in the execution of recruitment initiatives
  • Strong people management and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with people across all levels
  • A self starter, be able to work with ambiguity and under tight timeline and work pressure
