Harrow International School Hong Kong is recruiting a Human Resources Officer who will be part of a vibrant and active team working towards providing services in their specific skills to our students, parents and academic staff.


  • Responsible for wide spectrum of human resources functions with focus in recruitment and account servicing
  • Act as the primary HR contact person for HR related enquiries and matters and provide first line HR advice to members of staff, especially to expatriates
  • Involve in recruitment including but not limited to prepare job advertisements, select and interview candidates, prepare contracts and conduct orientation
  • Assist the Director of Human Resources to arrange expatriates’ on boarding logistics, including flight arrangement, visa application, teacher registration, apartment searching, etc
  • Manage the HRIS to maintain accurate record
  • Ensure compliance with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and local regulations
  • Provide HR administrative and clerical support, documents and report preparation
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned


  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ HR working experience gained from MNCs and experience in using HRIS is preferred
  • Good knowledge of HR practices, employment ordinance and other HR related legislations
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese and conversational Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Proactive team member with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skill and numerical sense
  • Responsible, detail-minded, people-oriented and multi-tasking
  • Confidence to deal with expatriates and different levels of members of staff
  • Less working experience will also be considered
