Responsibilities

- Handle compensation administration - payroll, tax filing, MPF, etc
- Handle benefit administration and staff matters - medical, leave, staff movement, etc
- Maintain HR database
- Assist with ad-hoc assignments

Experience

- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources or business-related discipline with one year’s relevant experience preferred; recent graduates with a proactive learning attitude will also be considered
- Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other benefits / funding schemes across China and Hong Kong
- A strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good English verbal and written communication skills are essential (Mandarin is desirable)
