We are looking for applicants for the position of:
Human Resources Officer (Ref: H16019)
You will be responsible for effective execution of the Corporation's staff communication programmes and provide support to the Staff Engagement Survey, including post-survey coordination and formulation of corporate improvement action plan. You will also implement staff communication initiatives, coordinate communication activities for management, support major staff events and undertake other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
You should have a Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline with at least 3 years' relevant experience. Good interpersonal, analytical, organising and communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese as well as the ability to think proactively from a wide perspective with sensitivity are essential. Hands-on experience in various software applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and PeopleSoft HR system is required.
