In this role as the Human Resources Specialist/HR Business Partner, you will be part of the team to develop and execute HR strategies and programs across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle to attract, develop and retain a talented workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Working with leadership to understand the business environment and to determine, develop and execute innovative solutions to address work priorities;
  • Developing and executing strategies in engagement, competencies development and talent acquisition to develop and retain the said workforce;
  • Assisting with implementation and coordinating major Human Resources processes including but not limited to promotions, performance management, compensation and salary administration;
  • Supporting career counselors and supervisors in the career development and employee relations issue of all assigned personnel;
  • Updating management on staff issues and advising on legal framework, options and potential risks;
  • Coordinating with different Project Managers on project assignment and resources arrangement;
  • Supporting and advising executives on HR policy, ensuring compliance to the company's policies;
  • Coordinating the implementation of people programs and initiatives;
  • Researching attrition/retention, analyzing trends thorough headcount and exit data and recommending appropriate course of action;
  • Driving workforce capability management and planning the training program for all personnel in the said workforce to meet the initial training targets set for the country;
  • Initiating and coordinating other training initiatives for the said workforce to develop and strengthen specific capability;

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years HR or consulting experience, better including 2 years HR BP experiences in MNC; less experienced candidates may also be considered;
  • Compensation, Organization Development or Learning expert skill will be a plus;
