You will be responsible for:
• completing infrastructure systems analysis and design and acting as expert for infrastructure teams in the plan, design, and delivery of IT solutions;
• advising teams of IT technology standard requirements, methodology and processes;
• participating in proof of concepts to assist in defining technology direction and enabling business strategy;
• communicating and validating program architecture within teams;
• designing and developing infrastructure blueprints for the implementation of new solutions and performing the impact analysis and design modifications to existing systems for supporting new solutions; and
• managing multiple complex projects, including researching and recommending new technologies, and overseeing the implementation of the assigned projects.

You should:
• possess a recognised university degree in computer science or information systems or equivalent, preferably with a master degree in information technology;
• preferably with a professional membership of relevant professional institution;
• have at least 10 years’ experience in ICT network infrastructure planning, design and implementation;
• have proven experience in design, procurement and implementation of customer-centric infrastructure, broadcasting and digital media systems;
• possess extensive experience in infrastructure development, design and preparation of documentation for ICT consultancy/managed services in infrastructure implementation and service operation;
• have experience in project management methodology with attention to project schedules, costs and quality;
• have good knowledge of latest ICT hardware and software development for system / infrastructure, PRINCE 2 / PMBOK methodology and user management; and
• be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
