Our client is a reputable global banking group with a developed IT team based in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a Back end Infrastructure Engineer to join their team.


As an Infrastructure Engineer, you are responsible for managing and implementing infrastructure projects for company's trading and market data system, servers, network, security and etc. Perform daily monitoring, upgrade and maintain infrastructure system to ensure best performance. Work closely with various IT vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner and provide support for bank's infrastructure and end-user support.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • 3 - 5 years working experience in IT back end infrastructure within financial sector is an advantage
  • Self-starter with a good work ethic and attitude
  • Ability to work individually within and across team with minimal direction
  • Ability to research, recommend and develop cost-effective solution
  • Familiar with network products (Cisco route and switcher protocols, VPN, firewall, and etc.), Active Directory, Microsoft Windows desktop/servers, trading application server, email system ( Lotus Note) and etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Chinese ( Cantonese and Mandarin)
