We are seeking a motivated and committed professional to join the Technology-enhanced Teaching Team in the Center.  As part of the team, the appointee will be responsible for the instructional design of Massive Online Open Courses (MOOCs) and Blended Learning courses.

The appointee will work very closely with instructors from various departments to structure their course content to suit the delivery of MOOC/blended approach; devise effective instructional design strategies; choose from a variety of eLearning techniques/technologies to address different learning needs; write and/or edit scripts/storyboards for interactive online content; and review and evaluate the effectiveness of online content.

Applicants should have a degree in instructional technology or related discipline with at least 5 years of work experience in the design of instructional content using a variety of eLearning techniques; expertise in identifying learning outcomes, adult learning principles, events of learning, message design principles, instructional development models, formative and summative evaluation methods, etc; and strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. Written and verbal communication at native/near native English level is a must.  The appointee is expected to be highly creative, and have the ability to work in a team and independently, and be familiar with Microsoft suite for scripting/storyboarding. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
