Our client is a high profile and strong performing listed company. They are seeking for a high calibre investor relations professional to join the team.
Reporting to the functional head and working closely with senior management and research & analysis team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing investor relations and investor communications plans, including conceptualize and prepare materials for quarterly financial reporting and investor conferences. You will also be responsible for IR related activities like earnings call, meeting with investors and analysts, leading media tours and supporting press conferences. You will also be responsible for ad-hoc financial communications projects, ensuring all activities comply with the disclosure requirements for listed companies.
The ideal candidate should be a degree holder in Communications, Finance & Accounting, MBA or a related discipline, with at least 8 years of experience in investor relations, financial communications and/or M&A transactions. Knowledge of internet, software, media and/or consumer technology is an advantage. Candidates from blue-chip or large-cap companies are highly regarded. You are analytical, self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work with hands-on approach and can perform under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin) is mandatory. Frequent travel to China is required.
