A Hong Kong listed company is now looking for an Investor Relations Director to join the group.

Client Details

Our client is a Hong Kong listed company from the manufacturing industry with fast expanding business in China. They are now looking for an Investor Relations Director to join the group.

Description

Reporting to the Chairman of the Group, you will manage the overall execution on the Company's investment strategies. You will perform financial analysis, due-diligence and liaise with investment analysts and institutional investors for road shows. You will manage and lead the strategic direction of the entire IR function of the organisation; formulate corporate IR strategies to enhance communications with shareholders, fund managers, buy/sell-side analysts and reporters. You will also build and maintain good business relationship with fund management companies, equity research analysis, Investment Banks, financial reporters and public media and prepare IR materials including annual reports, corporate presentations, Q&As and press releases.

Profile
  • 10+ years relevant experience in investor relations, corporate communications, corporate strategy, equity research etc.
  • Prior experience in working experience gained from Hong Kong listed company is a must
  • Good presentation and analytical skills
  • Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
