• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
• 2-3 years IT support experience.
• Familiar with various hardware and network troubleshooting skills.
• Self-motivated, hard-working, team working and can work independently.
• Travel to China.
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Perform IT Tasks such as network, Server administration, daily backup and support.
• Support IT system documentation and process improvement
• Perform on-going system administration and software / hardware installation.
• Technical support & administration of office peripherals.
• Execute IT related projects or tasks assigned by management.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
• Good Team Player and Self-motivated.
• Accountable for troubleshoot all end-user computer and network problems
