Job Summary

  • Ensure smooth running of the iT Department and Systems of the hotel that includes but not limited to Application Systems, network infrastructure, hardware maintenance, office automation
  • Provide IT support to both hotel associates and guests

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 1-2 years hands-on experience in hotel IT support, preferably gained from hospitality industry
  • Awareness of Global Hospitality Technology trends
  • Familiar with Windows applications, networking and hotel systems
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Shift duties is required
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
