Responsibilities :

  • Provide efficient and quality IT support services for internal business units / users includes:
  • End user support / Desktop support / Hardware and application support for System & Network Hardware
  • Responsible for Support Ticket management / Support Voice call handling 
  • Periodic support on End user computing system SOE, SCCM, AV, ITAM etc. management.

Skills :

  • Strong Desktop / PC Level knowledge, Sound knowledge of Server and Network Equipment
