- Manage hardware and software installation, maintenance & support
- Provide on-site and remote end-users support to office and retail shops
- Perform computer asset management, IT inventory control and documentation
- Perform routine IT services, server installation, backups and surveillance
- Diploma in Information Technology preferred
- Minimum 1 year’s IT support experience, preferable with catering or retail sector
- Good knowledge of Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010 and other Windows based tools
- Independent, good customer facing and communication skills
- Shift duty is required
