Our client, a renowned organization, is now looking for an IT Support Officer/Technical Support Engineer to join within their team.
- Provide technical support for software,hardware,network,POS and CRM system
- To undertake duties relating to IT Services request from department-users, e.g. Trouble shooting, monitoring, remote support
- To handle incidents and problems reported by end users
- To handle both network infrastructure and system support
- To handle PC and Windows support
- Various administrative duties and special tasks or projects as assigned
- To co-operate department users for solving technical issues
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
- Self- Initiative, dynamics and willing to learn
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Self-motivated and initiative
- Training will be provided to the right candidate
Fresh graduate with relevant placement experience will also be considered.
