Our client, a renowned organization, is seeking an IT Support Technician to join within their team.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting on both hardware, software, and computer services
- Coordinate supporting the in-house owned application system
- Handle hardware maintenance and diagnosis
- Provide regular testing of IT equipment and monitoring of IT equipment status
- Provide helpdesk hotline support and desk-side support for users
- Higher Diploma or above with Computer Science or related disciplines
- Min 1 year relevant working experience is preferred
- Experience in working in a cross-geographical and multi-cultural team is a plus
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
