We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced trainer to join the Learning & Development department. The role would initially involve learning and delivering the company induction to new starters as well as designing training that can be delivered remotely to other offices in the APAC region. The successful candidate will work closely with the other Learning and Development Executives within the company based in London and San Francisco however they will be reporting into the Head of Concierge, who is based in the Melbourne office. The individual will have the opportunity to deliver diverse training and needs to be flexible, self-motivated and solution focussed. This role will ideally suit someone who enjoys problem solving and implementing new and innovative training solutions.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about training and developing others and would enjoy working in a fast paced environment with culturally diverse training needs. The ideal candidate will relish the opportunity to grow with the business as it expands and will ensure that the impact of the Learning & Development department is truly global.

Required experience in:

 

  • Delivering sales training and coaching
  • Customer Service training and coaching – especially in a phone and IT based organisation
  • Project management
  • Leadership training
  • Training the trainer
  • E-learning
  • Appropriate qualifications/certificates in Training
