Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for lease negotiation and maintain good relationship with landlords, agents, stakeholders
  • Handle leasing & tenancy administrations
  • Analyze market trends and data research and prepare leasing reports
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Provide daily clerical and administrative support for the department

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in property leasing
  • Degree in any discipline
  • Sound experience in terms negotiation and familiar with leasing document
  • Knowledge in tenancy and property marketing information
  • Proactive, good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills, multi-tasking and capable to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Chinese Word processing and PowerPoint
  • Immediately available will be an advantage
