Client Details

Our client is a private equity real estate firm founded over 15 years ago with strong presence within Asian markets. They are experts in acquisitions, property development/redevelopment, asset management etc. They have 7 offices across teh region from Hong Kong to Tokyo

Description
  • Review basic legal agreements such as: confidentiality agreements, deal executory documentation etc.
  • Follow up with the legal team tracking complex legal agreements
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders with regards to legal and compliance issues
  • Implement and maintain SEC policies/procedures to further develop internal control system
  • Assist in draft shareholders and board resolutions including resolutions to ensure compliance with internal procedures
  • Manage and coordinate regulatory filings
  • Provide support on ad hoc legal and compliance work


Profile
  • University degree, LLB would be a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years experience, preferably gained in a fund, a law firm or listed company
  • Good English and Chinese spoken and drafting skills
  • Good organization skills and able to work independently
