Client Details

Our client is a real-estate investment company that helps investors, capitalise on their investments. With offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, London and Shanghai



Description
  • Provide legal support to the group in compliance to regulatory requirements
  • Review, draft and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents
  • Liaise with external Counsel, professional firms etc.
  • Advise on the legal impact of changes in existing legislations and rules
  • Provide legal support to the Investment team in order to undertake commercial and legal due diligence and to minimise the legal risk
  • Organise and facilitate board meetings for the group and its subsidiaries
  • Prepare statutory documents, agenda and minutes of meeting




Profile
  • Law Degree Holder, a member of the ICSA/HKICS would be a plus
  • At least 4 years relevant in-house legal experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • A team player but able to work independently
