Client Details

Our Client has a well-established presence in Hong Kong, with a rapidly growing expansion plan in PRC and Overseas. They are a licensed and registered brokerage firm.



Description

Legal
  • Responsible for the drafting, reviewing and revising contracts, agreements and other legal or compliance documentation
  • Provide legal advice and support to the internal business and business units
  • Oversee company secretarial matters with local or oversea agents


Compliance
  • Review business processes and new initiatives to ensure compliance with SFC requirements
  • Coordinate and liaise with regulators on enquiries, reporting, inspection and/or investigation, being familiar with SFC regulations
  • Deliver in-house legal and compliance training to the management




Profile
  • Degree holder in Law, Finance or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 year's related experience in handling both legal and compliance matters
  • Ideally have experience in securities firm or financial institution
  • Familiar with SFC codes and guidelines and other relevant regulatory requirements
  • Able to handle legal work independently
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
