The job:

 

You will be required to provide professional legal support across the Group Legal Office in the areas of corporate, commercial, compliance, advisory, data privacy, human resources, and litigation matters.  You will assist in drafting and reviewing contractual documents, customer terms and conditions, performing legal research, advising on compliance requirements, and document management. You will also collaborate closely with various business functions.

 

The successful candidate will have:  

 

  • A University degree in relevant discipline or equivalent qualifications.
  • Relevant experience in the legal sector is preferable.
  • Well developed organizational and good interpersonal skills and be able to work independently.
  • Strong analytical skill and attention to detail.
  • Business exposure in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
