Are you?

  • a Bachelor degree graduate or above in Business, Finance or related disciplines with at least 10 years of experience in retail banking services and remittance, and with at least 3 years of supervisory experience. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
  • knowledgeable in client account opening, inward and outward remittance, fixed deposit, and counter services
  • strong in problem solving, organizing, and communication skills
  • proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin skills will be advantageous

Can you?

  • support and assist head of department to achieve more effective and cost-beneficial customer service
  • knowledgeable of SWIFT and workflow or remittance including but not limited to processing, checking, and authorizing the payments
  • evaluate, enhance, develop, and recommend best practices for the remittance system
  • check and approve transactions performed by teller including fixed deposits, inward and outward remittances, and other transactions
  • check documents for updating customer profiles and authorized signatures
  • conduct periodic customer risk profile assessment and prepare reports
  • reply customer, banker, and government-related enquiries
  • recommend workflow process improvements and assist in the creation and implementation of new operational procedures and controls
  • streamline operation workflows and procedures related to automation process
  • collaborate with other business units and provide operational support on various business initiatives
  • perform other ad hoc projects as required
