Job Duties:

  • Fully engage in the development and implementation of HR system
  • Manage the implementation plan, deliverables, dependencies and outcome to ensure the delivery of the rollout
  • Assist in streamline the work processes and enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Define and manage overall change control processes and quality assurance aspects of theimplementation process
  • Co-ordinate with HR teams in different regions, various internal departments and external vendors in systems migration, enhancement and users training programs
  • Troubleshoot HR system issues and independently work with IT and vendors for problem solving 
  • Prepare communication plan and related regular reports for management to provide updates on activities, mitigation status, service feedback, deliverables etc.
  • Develop and prepare HR reports, metrics and HR data requests. Continuously review and improve the format of data presentation
  • Responsible for the on-going evolutionary initiatives of the system including functional enhancement, technology advancements, regulatory changes and market demands etc.
  • Support on other HR duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirement:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management / Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years’ related working experience, in which with a track record of delivering global & reputable HR system
  • Knowledge of HR processes, including master data maintenance, staff movement, payrolladministrationtalent management, attendance system etc.
  • Familiar with HK, Macau, Taiwan and China Employment Ordinance is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skill to deal with different internal stakeholders and external parties
  • Good analytical, problem solving and project management skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Willing to travel
