Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Director, Legal & Company Secretary and Compliance, the incumbent will  work closely with the Board of Directors and handle full spectrum of company secretarial matters
  • Ensure compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules and provide professional advice to the Management on the rules and compliance issues
  • Maintain and update the statutory records and report to the management timely
  • Prepare annual reports, interim reports and quarterly reports and drafting announcements, circulars, statutory papers and board minutes
  • Manage all Board, Committee and shareholders logistics and documentation, and be the communication channel for shareholders to ensure efficient communication within the entire corporation
  • Assist and draft documentations for legal and regulatory matters
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Degree holder and qualified professional member of ICSA / HKICS
  • Minimum 5 years’ Company Secretarial experience in Hong Kong listed companies preferably from Finance Service Industry or professional firms with minimum 2 years at managerial level
  • Solid knowledge in the Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance and other compliance regulations
  • Hands-on experience in dealing with regulatory bodies
  • Independent, self-initiative, detail-oriented and good interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
  • High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
