Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the project management of addition and alteration, fitting out, improvement works and related building services installation for the Group’s shopping malls and commercial properties
  • Liaison and collaboration with different parties including tenants, contractors, management office and government authorities on renovation, fit-out & improvement works and provide technical support to Leasing team
  • Plan and execute feasibility study, cost estimation and conceptual plans for asset enhancement projects
  • Conduct site inspection and monitor the work progress to ensure the quality of projects and in compliance with statutory requirements 

Requirements:

  • A Qualified Engineer and a degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years’ managerial experience in facility management, renovation and A&A works of retail / commercial complex
  • Excellent leadership, problem solving and project management skills that could drive quality services
  • Resourceful with strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese
