(a) To perform financial planning, funds allocation and review of financial position of various projects and initiatives;
(b) To manage and maintain effective and efficient financial, accounting and supplies systems;
(c) To provide professional advice and support on financial, accounting and supplies issues;
(d) To prepare various financial reports and analysis, such as to meet the needs of the MIS system related to (i) operations; (ii) collaborative activities / projects; and (iii) resources allocation bids;
(e) To conduct regular review and update of costing of various programmes and products; and
(f) To supervise the day-to-day operations of the Finance and Supplies Office.
(a) A recognized degree in relevant areas or equivalent, plus a relevant professional qualification;
(b) A minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience at the appropriate level of responsibilities;
(c) Good knowledge and experience in accounting / financial management and supplies and store management;
(d) Proven organizational, management and leadership ability; strong initiative and communication skills;
(e) A high level of proficiency in both English and Chinese;
(f) Ability to drive changes, good time management and work independently under pressure; and
(g) Good knowledge of hotel finance and materials management system (such as Opera, Micros Fidelio) and quality control system (e.g. HACCP, ISO22000) would have an advantage.

(2) The appointees may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours.
