We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, MPF Quality Development and Regulatory Reporting

In this role, you will

  • Managing teams to ensure all regulatory reports and returns are submitted to the authorities according to regulatory time line and requirement
  • Provide input as project team member for ongoing project based work such as legislative amendment for the Mandatory Provident Fund regulation
  • Liaising with external Regulatory Official Bodies such as Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority, Hong Kong Trustees Association and Trustees
  • Monitoring the daily operations, team performance and ensure effective allocation of resources
  • Drive individual staff and team performance through improvements initiatives
  • Build solid and trust based relationships with stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • University degree in Business or related discipline
  • Significant experience in Mandatory Provident Fund and Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance business
  • Team coaching and management experience
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
