The incumbent will lead a team of technical staff in overall planning, implementation and quality control of building maintenance activities for the properties.
- Degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years’ solid experience in building services installation, repairing and maintenance in which at least 5 years at supervisory level in property management
- Sound management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent command of written & spoken English & Chinese
